IP & confidentiality
Our detailed specifications, drawings, calculations, plans, and blueprints are proprietary and contain sensitive intellectual property. For that reason, we do not release them publicly or to non-clients.

How clients receive the full permit set
We share everything needed for permitting with our clients after two simple steps:

  1. Signed purchase agreement, and
  2. Fully refundable deposit of 10% of the project value ([Deposit amount]).
    This deposit is a good-faith commitment so we can provide access to sensitive IP while protecting it.

What you (and your city) will get
Once we receive the agreement and refundable deposit, our engineers prepare the entire permit package tailored to your site and jurisdiction, including:

  • Architectural plans and dimensions
  • Structural analysis/calculations
  • MEP (electrical, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC) plans
  • Energy efficiency and load calculations (e.g., Title 24 in CA)
  • Equipment schedules and specifications
  • Any additional drawings your reviewers request for approval

Refund safety

  • If a permit is not achievable due to product specifications or code conflicts, you may change your mind and receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • If a permit is achievable and your city/our architects give a green light, we proceed to production with a 60% milestone payment. From the start of production, prepayments become non-refundable.

Logistics & total cost clarity before production
Before we enter production, our Project Management team reviews delivery access, installation method, and any required utility tie-ins. We collect quotes from third parties (if needed) so you have a clear, itemized project total in advance.

What we can share now (non-confidential)
We’re happy to send public materials and a high-level spec overview that many planning departments accept for early conversations, such as brochures and a compliance summary. These cover essentials like one-day installation, no foundation in many cases, and furnished/ready-to-use delivery (helpful context while you schedule your pre-application meeting).
